• Friday, November 28th: Display ticket orders and costume money due back
• Saturday, November 29th: National Danish Display Team performance - Dandenong
• Friday, December 5th: Raffle tickets and donations due back
  
• Friday, December 5th, 5pm: Committee nominations close. Please feel free to speak to a committee member if you're interested in joining the committee and helping shape the future of the club.
• Saturday, December 6th: 2009 reenrolments due - after this date, places may not be available in some classes.
  
• Thursday, December 11th, Final day of classes for 2008.
  
• Thursday, December 11th: Display setup night.
  
• Friday, December 12th: Annual General Meeting and End of Year Display
• Saturday, December 13th: End of Year Displays
• Sunday, December 14th: Display packup
